【Abstract】 At present, Monte Carlo method is widely used in the vacuum science and technology Calculation of transmission probability of a tube is a good example.With the Monte Carlo method introduced by D. H. Davis calculation of the transmission probability of (?) tapered round tube and the simplified geometry of a vacuum baffle valve is presented in this paper. Since conical tube and baffle valve are common elements in vacuum systems, the practical value for vacuum system design and calculation is provided.
