【Abstract】 On line monitoring and controlling of chatter is a key technology in the development of computer numerical controlled machine tools. In ibis paper, a technology of chatter monitoring based on pattern recognition method and chatter controlling rely upon the automatic adjustment of cutting parameters(spindle revolution and feed rate) are developped.
