一种无颤振机床技术的研究
Study on the technology or chatter-free machine tools
【摘要】 机床颤振的在线监控是计算机数控机床技术发展的一个关键。本文发展了以模式识别方法对机床颤振进行在线监视和以在线调整机床的主轴转速与走刀量来抑制及防止颤振的技术。试验表明,这种无颤振的机床技术思想与方法是可行的和有效的。
【Abstract】 On line monitoring and controlling of chatter is a key technology in the development of computer numerical controlled machine tools. In ibis paper, a technology of chatter monitoring based on pattern recognition method and chatter controlling rely upon the automatic adjustment of cutting parameters(spindle revolution and feed rate) are developped. Experimental results show that the conception of chatter-free machine tools is feasible and effective.
