【Abstract】 The new method is to have heavy application of nitrogen fertilizer in the early and late stages and light application in the middle stage of barly growth.It has been proved through years of experiments and practice to be an effective method to achieve high barley yield,when the same amount of fertilizer is applied to the same number of basic seedlings,this method meets the needs of high-yield barley,earlier and more rapid tillering with proper stand and moderate curve are obtained.Individual tillers have a better accumulation of dry substance and a more reasonable distribution and grow well resulting in the formation of big ears.The ear-formaing rates from tillers with 5,4 and 3 leaves during jointing stage are 93%,64% and 29% respectively,higher than those that are fertilized with the usual method.Statistics shows that in a field of high-yield of barley with 350 to 460kg per mu,there is an average increase of 20% to 30%.This new fertilizer application method also saves labour,power and production cost,and grives high economic benifit.更多还原
