【摘要】 从华东等地采集的173个Rhizoctonia菌株中,除13个为双核丝核工菌(binucleate Rhizoctonia)外,分离自32科60种植物的160个菌株为R.solani.有10科植物为我国立枯丝核菌的寄主科新记录。选用其中118个R.solani菌株进行融合群鉴定,得到5个融合类群:AG-1IA、AG-2-1、AG-2-2、AG-4和AG-5。本文对不同类群在华东东地区分布的一些特点作了分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 160 of 173 isolates of Rhizoctonia from East China and other districts are R.solani,which hosts belong to 60 plants species of 32 families,among which 10 families are new ones for R.solani.Anastomosising with AG-known R.solani isolates from Japan and American,there have been presented 31 AG-lIA,2 AG-2-1,4 AG-2-2,73 AG-4 and 7 AG-5,and 4 AG-unknown in the above 160 isolates.The distributing characterization of R.solani in East China has been shown and discussed.更多还原
