木橑尺蠖核型多角体病毒(CpNPV)的大量增殖

【摘要】 影响木橑尺蠖核型多角体病毒(CpNPV)产量的主要因子是饲毒时宿主幼虫的虫龄,而饲毒浓度、饲毒持续时间对产量的影响均不显著:在本试验中,虫龄与病毒浓度的最佳组合是六龄初期与1.5×10~7PIB/毫升。 每头病死幼虫的平均病毒含量与平均体重之间有极显著的相关性,两者的回归系数为10.2826,平均体重增加1克,每头幼虫增加(1.02826士0.08019)×10.(10)个多角体。 刚死六龄幼虫每克体重的病毒多角体含量显著高于死预蛹。

【Abstract】 Several factors affecting the propagation of Culcula panterinaria NPV are dealt with in this paper.The most important one of these factors is the ins-tar of the host larvae when they are fed with the virus,while the concentration of the virus and the virus-feeding peroid do not affect statistically the yield of the virus in this experiment;the best combination of the instar and the virus concentration is that of the early sixth-instar and l.5×107 PIB/ml.The regression of virus yield on larvae-death weight had a slope of 10.2826,showing that for each gram increase in larval weight,there was an increase of(1.02826±0.08019)×1010 polyhedral inclusion bodies.The quantity of the polyhedral inclusion bodies contained per gram in the just dead sixth-instar larvae is statistically more than that in the dead prepupa.
