种子细菌化防治蔬菜苗期病害

【摘要】 从植物根围和根表筛选的拮抗细菌,以种子细菌化方法测定其列蔬菜苗期猝倒病病害立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani Kuehn)和腐霉(Pythium spp.)的桔抗效果,从实验室、盆栽到田间小区实验结果表明 以P5和E21(Pseudomonos,fluorescens),及B(Bacilltis spp.)的效果较好。其中P5不但具拮抗作用,且具有明显刺激植株生长的效应。

【Abstract】 The beneficial rhizoplane and rhizospliere bacteria isolated mainly from the roots of cucumber,tomato,eggplant,Chinese cabbage and cayence pepper with their surrounding soils at the suburb of Hangzhou were tested for antagonistic effect to vegetable damping-off,Rhizoctonia solani and Pythium spp.;in addition,the growth-promoting effect of the bacteria were also examined.The results showed that P5(Pseudomotias fluorescent)possessed both the effects well and ranked first,while E21(P.fluorescens)and B(Bacillus" sp.)also expressed better effects than the others,and ranked next.
