【摘要】 本文报告我所应用一种新的放射性药物^99m Tc-HM-PAO进行SPECT脑血流显像14例的结果。其中脑血管病10例;癫痫3例;偏头痛1例。所得影像除1例脑血管畸形表现为脑局部血流量增加外,其余均显示局部血流量减低。我们将所得结果与XCT、DSA及MRI的影像进行了对比,表明: ^99m Tc-HM-PAO是一种良好的脑血流显像剂,应用该剂进行SPECT脑血流显像对脑血管病的诊断,外科治疗效果的评价及癫痫病灶的定位等有一定优越性,对观察病人的脑血液供应及脑功能的异常有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results of SPECT imaging of cerebral blood flow （CBF） using a new radiopharmaceutical agent ^99mTc-HM-PAO in 14 cases are presented. Among them,11 cases were cerebral vascular diseases,2 epilepsies and one migraine. Decreased perfusion over lesion was observed in 13 patients and increased perfusion in case of cerebral vascular anomalies.The SPECT images were compared with XCT,DSA and MRI of same patients,and indicated that ^99mTc-HM-PAO was a good CBF imaging agent in the diagnosis of cerebral vascular diseases, and also helpful in the evaluation of surgical treatment and the localization of epileptic foci.更多还原
