【Abstract】 Since 1984, the transplantation of pedicle transverse cervical artery platysma mus culocutaneous flaps were used in 5 cases for repairing the defects on mandibular cervical, occipital and nuchal region. All flaps were survived and satisfactory results were obtained. Four flaps were designed to repair defects that resulted from burn scar and another to repair a high power electrical injury defect.更多还原
