【Abstract】 Sialic acid (N-acetylneuraminic acid) was liberated by mild acid hydrolysis from hog blood and purified by ion-exchange chromatography. It was identifed by ultraviolet and infrared spectra, thin-layer chromatography and mass spectrum. Its purity was 88.8%.更多还原
