含硫化合物对头孢菌素发酵的影响
EFFECT OF SULFUR-CONTAINING COMPOUNDS ON CEPHALOSPORIN PRODUCTION BY CEPHALOSPORIUM ACREMONIUM
【摘要】 本文报道D-、L-、DL-蛋氨酸、硫酸钠、硫代硫酸钠等对头孢菌素摇瓶发酵的影响。添加D-蛋氨酸,后效价最高。硫酸盐和蛋氮酸分别促进发酵前期和后期效价的增长。菌体内蛋氨酸的累积表明胞内蛋氨酸对头孢菌素的生物合成有特殊作用。这些结果对头孢菌素生产的代谢调控具有重要参考价值。
【Abstract】 When methionine,sodium sulfate or sodium thiosulfate was added,respectively,to a chemically defined medium without sulfur-containing compounds,the production of cephalosporin reached to about 950-1150 μg/ml.The optimumccncentration of sulfur-containing compounds for cephalosporin production was0.3-0.6%,White the optimum concentration of sulfur-containing compounds forthe growth was 0.01%.The higher the concentration,the slower the rate ofgrowth.
