醛固酮分泌的多巴胺能调节

【摘要】 本文观察了13名正常人单独肌肉注射多巴胺受体阻滞剂灭吐灵(MCP)及左旋多巴与MGP联合使用对醛固酮分泌的影响。结果显示:注射MCP后血醛固酮水平显著升高,P<0.05~0.001;加用左旋多巴后,MCP促进醛固酮分泌反应有所减弱;而试验过程中血管紧张素Ⅱ(ATⅡ),血钾、血钠、血压和脉搏无明显变化。说明肌注MCP与静注相似,能够刺激醛固酮分泌,并提示MCP经多巴胺能机制调节醛固酮分泌,MCP与多巴胺可能在醛固酮分泌细胞的多巴胺受体水平相互竟争,影响醛固酮分泌。

【Abstract】 The study was designed to investigate the influence of intramuscular injection of metoclopramide (MCP) alone or in combination with levo-dopa (L-dopa) on aldosterone secretion in 13 normal volunteers. The results showed that plasma aldosterone levels were elevated significantly after the injection of MCP (P<^0.05-0.001) ; following combined administration of MCP and L-dopa, the effect of MCP on promoting aldosterone secretion was decreased at 45-min time phase (P<0.01), and the areas under aldosterone curves were also reduced markedly (P<^0.05). Since no significant changes were noted in plasma angiotensin II, serum K+,Na+concentrations and blood pressures as well as pulse rates, it might be deduced that the intramuscular injection of MCP, being similar to intravenous injection, could stimulate aldosterone secretion, and that MCP and dopamine might competitively influence aldosterone secretion at the level of dopamine receptors of aldosterone-secreting cells.
