【摘要】 本文报告10例心得安单独治疗甲亢患者的血清T₃、T₄、rT₃及TSH,体重和甲状腺诊断指数的变化。心得安可使甲亢患者的T₃降低,rT₃升高,TSH升高,血T₄无明显变化,体重增加和甲亢诊断指数降低。T₃的降低可能由于心得安选择性抑制5＇脱碘酶所致,并对其临床意义进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Concentrations of circulating T4, T3, TSH, and rT3, together with body weight and diagnostic index of thyrotoxicosis were measured in 10 patients with hyperthyroidism treated with propranolol alone. Following treatment circulating T3 fell, rT3 and TSH increased, while T4 remained unchanged. It was suggested that the_main mechanism of these changes mentioned should result from the inhibitory action of the drug on peripheral conversion of T4 to T3.更多还原
