敌枯双对DNA和RNA合成的抑制作用
The Suppresive Effect of N, N’Methylene -Bis (MATDA) on the Synthesizing of DNA and RNA
【摘要】 利用小鼠进行了敌枯双对DNA、RNA和蛋白质合成影响的研究。动物经口给予敌枯双后24小时,DNA和RNA合成受到抑制,并存在剂量一反应关系。同时给予等剂量菸酰胺,可使抑制作用恢复至正常水平。蛋白质合成未受到影响。
【Abstract】 Mice were used in the study ofthe effect of MATDA on the synth-esis of DNA,RNA and protein.The result showed that the syn-thesizing function suffered supression24 hours after the treatment withMATDA,with evident dose-responserelationship.Nicotinamide given si-multaneously was protective againstthe MATDA-induced depression ofDNA and RNA synthesis,with noobvious affction on protein synthe-sis.
