低浓度二硫化碳对周围神经传导速度的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了工人接触低浓度二硫化碳对周围神经传导速度的影响。结果表明,在国家容许浓度10mg/m~3范围内,接触组正中神经、尺神经运动传导速度与对照组比,无明显区别,提示,就神经传导速度而言,10mg/m~3是安全的容许浓度。

【Abstract】 Studied in this paper were theeffects of Carbon disulphide (CS2)at low concentration on peripheralnerve conduction velocities (NCV).In three workshops of Shanghai No.12 Rayon Staple Factory,44 wor-kers (all males) were chosen as aexposure group with the mean oftheir age being 37.39±9.79.47 malesubjects not exposed to any toxicagents were used as a control group,their mean age being 38.02+12.39. CS2 level of three workshopsfrom 1979 to 1983 were almost with-in the range of maximum allow-able concentration(MAC),10 mg/m3,except for the level in 1979.Themeasurement of NCV showed:l)TheNCV between exposure and controlgroup was not significantly diffe-rent.2)The NCV didn’t significant-ly vary with the length of expos-ure time.3)There was no statisticdifference in NCV between the expo-sure groups of the different kindsof workshops and the controlgroup. The above results indicated thatthe adverse effects of CS2 withinMAC on NCV were not observed, ??suggesting that,so far as NCV wasconcerned,the current MAC,10mg/m3,was safe.
