【Abstract】 In recent years, CTZ-Insulin lotion has been used to treat 5 patients with chronic radiation injury on the skin in our hospital. This lotion Insulin (40 units) mixed with 100 ml CTZ, was applied to the skin injury by wet dressing, t.i.d until the lesions healed. This preparation has several functions, bactericidal action, pain relief and promotion of healing of ulcer.
