【摘要】 <正> 为了探讨放射治疗在小细胞肺癌中的作用,我科和胸外科、内科协作对小细胞肺癌进行了光子照射合并化疗和/或切除的综合治疗研究。 材料和方法 从1983年3月至1985年5月共收治小细胞肺癌87例,占同期全部肺癌的34％。男70例,女17例,男比女为4.1:1。平均年龄47.5岁(28—75)。50岁以上占59％。 X线表现:癌发生在右侧占55％,左侧44％,双侧1％。69％为中心型,31％为周围型。癌瘤最更多还原

【Abstract】 Seventy-five patients with SCLC treated by photon irradiation combined with chemotherapy (44 patients) and/or resection (31 patients) are presented. The median survival time and 1, 2, 3 year survival rates are as follows : 56 weeks, 57%, 24%, and 13% in the whole series, 78 weeks, 87%, 44% and 13% for photon irradiation combined with chemotherapy and resection groupj 60 weeks, 57%, 33% and 0 % for photon irradiation and chemotherapy group; 36 weeks, 30%,7 % and for another 27 patients who had previously been treated by surgery combined with chemotherapy in our hospital. Significant difference was observed in the median survival time and survival rates between our various treatment modalities.更多还原
