【摘要】 本文复习了天津医院12年间100例骨肿瘤及瘤样病变的冰冻切片病理检查结果。每例均以石蜡切片为诊断标准,复习、审查冰冻切片诊断结果。100例中,良性肿瘤有14例,骨巨细胞瘤23例,恶性肿瘤46例,骨转移癌7例,瘤样病变10例。冰冻切片与石蜡切片诊断完全一致的列为“诊断准确”,共84例(84);“符合诊断”者是指冰冻切片未能正确判断组织来源,但可确定肿瘤性质,有16例(16％)。“符合诊断”并不影响治疗方案。无1例“误诊”。本文并对冰冻切片的制作要求,冰冻切片的特点以及诊断注意事项等加以探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the authors reviewed the results of frozen section of 100 cases for diagnosis of bone tumors and tumor-like lesions from March 1972 through May 1984. Of the 100 cases, there were 14 benign tumors, 23 giant cell tumors and 46 malignant tumors. Also included were 7 cases of metastatic tumors of bone and 10 cases of tumor-like lesions. The diagnosis of frozen sections was checked with routine paraffin sections. The histological diagnosis in 84 cases were definitive while in 16 cases it was suggestive. Not a single case in this series was misdiagnosed. The techniques and microscopic characteristics of frozen section for diagnosis of bone tumor and tumor-like leison were also discussed in detail.更多还原
