【Abstract】 The purpose of this paper was to explore furtherthe relationship between the phenomenon of "Qi rea-ching to the affected area" and the therapeutic effectof acupuneture.38 eases of the coronary heart disease were sub-jeeted to the determination of the eardiovascular fun-etion and hemodynamics with the noninvasive impe-dance cardiography method.Among the 16 indices tohe determind,the value of the 12 items comparedwith the healthy subjects(stroke volume,cardiaeoutput,cardiae index,etc.),showing the signifieantdifference statisteally.Acupuncture was applied toboth Ximen in patienta,During observation,theseindices were recorded in the same way before a(?)up.retain for 20 min and 5 min aries withdrawing ofneedles.After exciting PSC by acupuncture 6 ont of12 indices were markedly improved in the gronp with"Qi reaching to the affected area"(P<0.05),but,no improvement in the other groups.The results showed that the phenomenon of" Oireaching to the affected area" is definitety signifie-ant i:a clinic,更多还原
