【Abstract】 The stages, type and local characteristics of the Himalaya movement are described in this paper, and it analyses neotectonic stress field of the area; the arc-like tectonic, slip fault between layers, crustal shortening and thickening have been discussed it provides some explanations and argumentations for the characteristics of strong earthquake activity and for scattering distribution of shallow earthquakes of the area.更多还原
