船舶结构噪声传递的功率流分析方法
POWER FLOW TECHNIQUE FOR THE ANALYSIS OF TRANSMISSION OF STRUCTURE-BORNE NOISE OF SHIPS
【摘要】 本文将功率流观点用于船舶主机基座的结构噪声传递分析。理论分析和几种不同基座结构形式的试验表明,为了减小由于主机振动引起的船体振动和结构噪声,必须使主机减振器处基座面板导纳减小。文中还指出,为了减小基座面板导纳,机座应采取的最佳结构形式。
【Abstract】 Ship main-generator is known as one of the most important source ofexcitation inducing ship vibration.The energy not only rediates into the airbut also transfers through the base to the hull structure and adjacentcabines as structure-borne noise.In the present paper the concept of power flow is adopted to analyzethe transmission of vibration energy of the main-generator to the basestructure.Both theoretical and experimental results show that decreasingmobility of baseplate under isolators may reduce excited vibration of shiphull.The experiments were performed on several models of main-generatorbase with different forms.From the viewpoint of reducing generator excitedvibration and structure-borne noise in ship hull,optimal forms of basestructure are indicated and discussed based on the experimental results.Optimal base structure is of Π form or is formed by stiffeners that aredirectly joined to the hull plate and added under isolater’s baseplate.
