倒车舵系列试验
SERIES TESTING FOR REVERSING RUDDERS
【摘要】 作者对展弦比 λ 分别为0.75,1.00,1.25,1.50的四对倒车舵模型在敞水及桨后状态下进行试验。舵的截面形状系由折线构成;采用 JD7704简易导管+K_a 系列螺旋桨。在桨后试验状态下,螺旋桨负荷的变化范围是 B_p=20~120。试验是在中国船舶科学研究中心的大型水筒中完成,试验水速2.5m/s,模型的 Reynolds 数为(3.12~5.78)×10~5。试验结果经过数据处理,分别给出了舵的升力系数 C_L、阻力系数 C_R 及力矩系数 C_M 多元回归表达式,并绘成图谱以便应用(限于篇幅,本文只给出部分结果)。
【Abstract】 This paper gives test results for 4 pairs of reversing rudder modelswith aspect ratios of 0.75,1.00,1.25 and 1.50 in open water and behind-propeller conditions.Rudder sectional profile is of simplified form compo-sed of straight lines.The propulsor is JD7704 ducted propeller with sim-plified nozzle form +K,propeller series.In behind-propeller condition,load coefficient B_P of the propeller was in the range of 20~120.The experiments were carried out in the cavitation tunnel of CSSRC.The speed of water was 2.5 m/s and Reynolds number varied from(3.12~5.78×10~5.All the experimental data were processed and regressionanalysis was carried out for lift coefficient C_L,drag coefficient C_R and mo-ment coefficient C_M which were expressed in terms of multiple regressionequations.Diagrams of performance characteristics of reversing rudderswere also prepared for convenience in use.Only part of the results are given owing to the limited space allotedthis paper.
