纸浆黑液蔗渣碱木素碱性氧化制紫丁香醛和香素兰的研究
PREPARATION OF SYRINGAIDEHYDE AND VANILLIN FROM BAGASSE AIKAL1—LIGNIN BY ALKALINE OXIDATION
【摘要】 从蔗渣烧碱蒸煮黑液中,酸沉淀出木素,在碱性条件下分别用硝基苯和空气进行氧化,氧化产物用气相色谱法分析。结果表明,其反应产物都以紫丁香醛、香兰素和对一羟基苯甲醛为主。不同碱蒸煮工艺,对木素碱性氧化产物有较大影响,来自八间厂的样品,上述两类氧化反应,三种主产物总转化率,分别在9.9—21.6%之间和5.9—18.9%之间,各厂相互差别较大,碱蒸煮条件缓和,其木素氧化产物转化率较高。空气碱性氧化产物中,紫丁香醛与香兰素总的转化率最高达15%。开拓黑液蔗渣碱木素用作制紫丁香醛等低分子化合物的原料是可取的。
【Abstract】 Bagasse alkali-lignin precipitated from black liquor with acid was oxidized separately by nitrobenzene and air under alkaline condition. The products were analyzed by GC. Results indicated that oxidation products were mainly syringaldehyde vanillin and p-hydroxybenzaldehyde, and the yields of these three major oxidation products from eight pulp mills were 9.9-21.6% and 5.9-18.9% respectively (based on the weight of lignin) by nitrobenzene and air oxidation, The pulping condition effected the yield greatly. Milder pulping condition resulted in higher yield. The highest yield of syringaldehyde and vanillin by air oxidation reached 15%. It appeared that bagasse alkali-lignin would serve as a good raw material for producing syringaldehyde and vanillin.
