铅、镉对大鼠胚胎毒性联合作用的研究
THE COMBINED EFFECTS OF LEAD AND CADMIUM ON EMBRYOTOXICITY IN RATS
【摘要】 实验证明,铅、镉对Wistar大鼠具有胚胎毒性,铅有致畸作用,并对胎鼠的血管发育有损害。铅、镉同时注射染毒组较铅、镉单独注射染毒组的胚胎毒性减低;胎死率和畸胎率减低,对血管发育的损害作用亦轻。铅、镉对大鼠、孕鼠的卵巢均有损害作用,可导致卵巢出血和积液。卵巢病变与活胎率呈负相关,与胎死率呈正相关,相关系数有显著意义。上述结果提示,大鼠的卵巢对铅、镉较敏感,因此可认为大鼠的卵巢也是铅、镉的靶器官之一。文中对铅、镉联合作用的机理进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 This study proved that Lead and Cadmium were embryotoxic and teratoge-nic to rats. After joint injection of Lead and Cadmium, the antagonistic effectof these two metals on the embryonic toxicty and the occurrence cf hematomadue to damage of vessles were shown.The study discovered the hemarrhage ofluteum and hydrovarium. The damage cf overy had a negative correlation withliving fetal rate and a positive correlation with felal lethal rate. But, forcontrol group there is no such phenomenon. The fact proved that the damageof overy was resulted from the toxicity of Lead and Cadmium. The authorconsidered that the deficiency of female hormone especially progesterone was animportant cause of early death of fetuses since the ovary damage caused by leadand Cadmium.It may be concluded that the ovary is one of the targer organsfor Lead and Cadmium.
