【Abstract】 Secretory immune globulin A (SIgA)is the secretion cutside the body,such as saliva,tears and main immunoglobulin in secretions of respiratory tract and gastro-intestinal tract.There are local funetions of antibacterial and anti- viral infections.It is important in clinical diagnosis and in study of local immunity.From Dec.1982 to May 1983 paper discs methoos cf single immuno diffusion in agav on secretions collected from anterior portion of nasal septum or anterior portion of inferior furbinate in 260 cases of acute and chronic diseases of the nose,were done with satisfactory results.This method is recom- mended for detection of microsamples.The procedure is simple,no special equipment is required.It is practical for the routine works of all clinical laboratories.更多还原
