【摘要】 为开展小儿生长监测,对北镇县农村家庭经济收入中等水平的0～3岁小儿1598名(男830名,女768名)的基础情况进行调查。发现,1岁以内小儿主食母乳哺养占96%,但能及时断奶者,仅占17.3%;24个月以上仍继续哺母乳者,占47.2%。家长为小儿专做辅食者364人。由于辅食营养不足,缺铁性贫血患病率高达466.2‰;佝倭病患病率达561‰。开展小儿生长监测,提高家长科学育儿知识,十分必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to monitor on the growth of children,a total of 1598 children aged 0-3 years was observed,including 830 boys and 768 girls.The majority of their parents were farmers.Family economic condition was medium.96% of the children were given breast mily.47.2% of them were not weaned from breast until the age of 24 months.Supplementary foods were poor.The incide- nce of iron deficiency anemia and rickets was 466.2‰ and 516‰,respectively. The utilization of growth chart in children based on body weight for age will enhance the health condition of children monitored.更多还原
