【Abstract】 Fructus Ligustri Lucidi (FLL) decoction ig 12.5g/kg, 25g/kg×7d caused marked increase of the weights of spleen and thymus of young mice, and FLL ig 25g/kg×7d significantly increased the weights of spleen of adult mice and inhibited the clearance rate of iv charcoal particles in mice. FLL ig 12.5g/kg, 25g/kg×7d significantly promoted the production of serum spec ific antibody hemolysins and the level of immunoglobulin G, and FLL ig at the above doses for 5 days significantly enhanced the delayed hypersensitivity reaction of footpad induced by SRBC in mice. These results suggested that FLL is capable of increasing humoral and cellular immune functions and suppressing the phagocytosis of reticuloendothelial system.更多还原
