壬苯醇醚不同产品的杀精作用比较
COMPARISON OF SPERMICIDAL ACTIVITY OF DEFFERENT PRODUCTS OF NONOXYNOL-9
【摘要】 <正> 阴道杀精剂是目前应用很广的一类避孕药,自60年代以来,国内外逐渐用壬苯醇醚类代替醋酸苯汞等制成乳霜剂、膜剂、泡沫栓或片剂以及气雾剂等剂型,临床应用不仅高效、安全,而且使用也较方便。壬苯醇醚系环氧乙烷和与壬基苯酚作用而成的非离子型表面活性剂,简称Nonoxynol-9(N-9)。本文按照国外Sander-Cramer方法~2对本校药厂生产与美国Ortho Co.生产的壬苯醇醚的杀精药效进物行了生物测定,并对两者的局部刺激性也进行了比较。在上述基础上,还根据精子活动与耗氧量成正比的关系,利用Warbung氏呼吸测压仪进一步作了药物杀精作用与耗氧量关系的研究。
【Abstract】 The spermicidal activity of nonoxynol-9, a vaginal spermicide, produced in China and purchased from Ortho Co. (USA), was studied by Sander-Cramer’s method in vitro. The minimum effective concentration of immobilized the whole sperm activity of the two products was 0.02% within 20 seconds. The effect of the contraceptive film containing nonoxynol-9 was equal to the above two products at the same concentration. They have no irritation below 1%. The study of onetabolic inhibition of spermatozoa in relation to oxygen consuming was performed by Warburg’s method. It was shown that two products of nonoxynol-9 inhibited oxygen consuming of oxen spermatozoa. The results indicate that the 50% inhibition of oxygen consuming (IC50) of the two products are, 0.07% (China) and 0.06% (Ortho Co.), respectively.
