【Abstract】 Protection effect of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi (FLL) and oleanolic acid on the chromosomal damage by counting the frequency of micronucleus in mouse hone-marrow was studied. Mice were given either FLL (decoction) 12.5, 25g/kg/d po 6d or oleanolic acid 50, 75, 100mg/kg/d sc 7d.Cyclophosphamide (Cy) 50mg/kg/d ip on the last two days or urethan 500 mg/kg/d on the last four days was given. The frequency of micronuclei induced by Cy was reduced 59.7%, 74.3% by FLL 12.5g/kg,25g/kg, and reduced 41.3%, 79.9% by oleanolic acid 50mg/kg, 100mg/kg respectively. The frequency of micronuclei induced by urethan was reduced 53.3%, 70.1% by FLL 12.5g/kg, 25g/kg, and reduced 45.1%, 58.4% and 76.9% by oleanolic acid of 50mg/kg, 75mg/kg and 100mg/kg respectively.更多还原
