【Abstract】 The long-acting transdermal disk of nitroglycerin （Nitrogum）, containing nitroglycerin 20 mg, was studied on rabbits and volunteers. It showed an excellent systemic hypotensive action on both subjects with stable long-acting effect. Blood pressure was decreased significantly 30min after administration, mainfained a reducing of 10-20% within 20 h, then raised gradually,and finally recovered 32h later. In human the diastolic blood pressure was lowered much more than systolic blood pressure. No influence on heart rate was observed. The ED₅₀ of hypotensive effect on rabbits was 25.2mg/kg.更多还原
