黑木耳多糖、银耳多糖、银耳孢子多糖对人淋巴细胞核酸生物合成的影响
EFFECT OF POLYSACCHARIDES FROM AURICULARIA AURICULA, TREMELLA FUCIFORMIS AND TREMELLA FUCIFORMIS SPORES ON DNA AND RNA BIOSYNTHESIS OF LYMPHOCYTE
【摘要】 <正> 黑木耳多糖(简称AP)、银耳多糖(简称TP)和银耳孢子多糖(简称TSP)具有多种生物活性。它们对核酸生物合成的影响,国内外均未报道。本文就三种多糖对人淋巴细胞核酸的生物合成的影响进行了实验观察和比较。
【Abstract】 The polysaccharieds from Auricularia auricula Underw. Tremella fuciformis Berk. and Tremella fuciformis Berk, spores were found to stimulate the human lymphocyte proliferation by using both ~3H-TdR and ~3H-UR incorporation. Aftar the whole blood was cultured for 72 hours, the incorporation rate of ~3H-TdR into DNA was significantly increased by 1.20, 0.79 and 0.75 times respectively, the incorporation rate of ~3H-UR into RNA was also significantly increased by 1.52, 1. 11 and 1.20 times respectively compared with the control.
