【Abstract】 A new dipping compound consisting of diallyl phthalate (DAP)prepolymer,unsaturated polyester resin,and other relative ingredients,such as crosslinking agents,initiators,releasing agents and solvents,is developed. Dipping paper in this compound,then drying and hot pressing it,we got a flexible paper based on thermosetting decorative material.The material has been applied to furniture and other architectural uses,and proved to be superior to melamine decoration in processing properties and the cost is 13-30% lower.
