【摘要】 本文介绍了由Apple Ⅱ微型计算机控制的股四头肌锻炼系统,以及对于颈髓损伤病人的临床应用情况。该系统与通常所用的电刺激方式的主要区别在于采用了闭环控制,并增加了肢体负重。结果表明经过锻炼能较快地恢复肌容积和肌强度,这将有利于进一步应用电脑控制技术,使这些病人能安全的站立和简单的行走。更多还原
