【摘要】 航行模拟与最佳航线决策是气象导航计算技术方法的主要内容。其中包括船舶运动性能V_W经验公式建立的方法、静水船速V_D推算方法、定点定线优选初始推荐航线、动点定线法与动点变线法(即动态规划法)修正航线的一套系统的气象导航计算技术方法。所有资料调阅和一切计算均能在微机上完成。利用这套方法曾对我国远洋轮进行了五个航次对比试导,其结果与全球营业范围最大的美国海洋气象导航公司的导航结果接近。本文重点提出解决问题的方法,并以实船试验数据检验这套方法的计算能力。

【Abstract】 Navigative simulation and optimum routing decision are the substances of weather routing computation which includes a series of systematic calculations such as the empirical manoeuverability V_w formala, reckoning of ship speed V_o in still water, optimization of initial recommended routes according to the set points and set course, correction of the course with dynamic points and set course or dynamic points and changeable course (i.e. dynamic programming) and etc. All the information retrieval and calculations were accomplished throgh a microcomputer.Weather routing with this method was tried five voyages on the Chinese ocean-going ships and all got a similar result as what had been got by Oceanroutes which is the largest commercial weather routing company in the world.This paper emphatically gives an explaination of the method mentioned above and proves the calculation of the method with sea trial data.
