【摘要】 前瞻性研究2-DE和2-DCE 诊断PDA66例,其他心脏病106例作对照。2-DE肺动脉胸骨旁长轴、胸骨旁矢状观、胸骨上观3个平面诊断PDA的敏感性、特异性、正确性均较满意。其中尤以肺动脉胸骨旁长轴更好。而胸骨旁矢状观、胸骨上观2个平面的敏感性稍差。2DCE可以纠正2-DE假阳性诊断。可以反映PDA一定的血流动力学信息。肺动脉远端出现舒张期负性影象时,提示左向右分流量较大。PDA、降主动脉出现收缩早期正性影象时,提示肺动脉压力较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this prospective study,66 cases with PDA and 106 cases suffering from other heart disease as control were studied by 2-DE and 2-DCE.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the parasternal long axis view of pulmonary artery,parasternal sagittal view and suprasternal view in diagnosing PDA by 2-DE were satisfactory.Comparing the three planes,the best one was the parasternal long axis of pulmonary artery,the sensitivity of other two was not as good as the first.2-DE false positive diagnosis of PDA could be corrected by 2-DCE Some hemodynamic changes could be showed by 2-DCE,Dia-stolic negative contrast effect at the distal end of pulmonaryar-tery pointed out a large left-to-right shunt,and an early systolic positive contrast effect in the PDA and descending aorta pointed out pulmonary hypertension.更多还原
