【摘要】 本文报告应用B型超声诊断腰椎椎管内占位性病变30例,其超声图象同手术和脊髓连影对照,80％(24例)符合。说明超声诊断腰椎椎管内占位性病变如腰椎间盘突出症、椎管狭窄症、脊神经肿瘤等是可能的。这种方法简便、安全、迅速、准确、无痛、无副作用,有临床诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports 30 cases of B-mode real time ul-trasonography to diagnose space-occupying lesions in lumbar spinal canal.The ultrasound image was compared with surgical result and myelogram.24 cases(80%)were consistent.It has been shown that it is possible to use ultrasound to diagnose space-occupying lesions in lumbar spinal canal,such as disc hemiation,spinal stenosis,neuroma.It is simple,safe,rapid,painless,accurate and without side effect.So it has value in diagnosis.更多还原
