【摘要】 90例胃大部切除术后,有84例先后出现胆囊病变的症状。本组经超声检查,胆囊壁模糊及增厚者占70％,胆囊内见有典型结石伴声影占12％,胆囊内有光点不伴有声影占38.8％,胆囊收缩功能不良占29.9％。上述提示,胃大部切除术后,胆囊病变发病率高,利用超声检查,能及时发现胆囊疾病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eighty-four of 90 cases of subtotal gastrectomyappear the symptoms of gall-bladder disorders.By ultrasonographic scanning of the gall-bladder,reveals the wall of gall bladder blurred and thickened in 70%,typical gallstone in gall-bladder with so.und shadow in 12%.light dots-with no sound shadow in 38.8% and biliary dyskinesia in 29.9%.The authors suggest that the frequency of cholecystopathy after subtotal gastrectomy is high and can be detected early by ultrasonography更多还原
