超声对兔心肌耗氧量影响的实验研究

【摘要】 本文报告了超声波对心肌耗氧量影响的结果。用20只离体灌流兔心进行实验,对照组与超声组各10只。超声组遭受强度1w/cm~2的超声波作用3分钟,对照组不作超声。结果发现,超声组心肌耗氧量明显减少(P<0.05)。我们考虑这种耗氧量减少是由于冠脉流量减少、心肌收缩力减弱等所引起的。

【Abstract】 This article reported the influence of ultrasound on the myocardial oxygen consumption in the rabbits.20 isolated rabbit hearts perfused with Locke’s solution in this experiment were divided into 2 groups;10 for control and 10 for ultrasound group.Each heart of the ultrasound group was exposed to the ultrasound wave 1w/cm2 for 3 minutes.The control group was not exposed.Compared with the control group,myocardial oxygen consumption of the ultrasound group was decreased notably.There was significant difference(P<0.05) between the ultrasound group and the control group.We believe that the decrease of the myocardial oxygen consumption results from decreasing the coronary flow,slowing the cardiac rate,and declining the myocardial contractility
