【摘要】 本文报告了100例克山病患儿和100例健康儿童的心阻抗微分图的所见。心输出量、HI 在亚急型和慢型病例低于正常儿童(P<0.001),但总外周阻力及 PEP/LVET 是明显增高(P<0.001)。在潛在型病例中 PEP/LVET 明显增高(P<0.01),而 HI 明显降低(P<0.001),其他各参数潛在型病例同健康儿童比较无明显差异(P<0.05)。C 波双峰在22例亚急型和28例慢型病例分别是4和8例。舒张早期异常 O 波在亚急型与慢型病例分别占82%和64%,但在潛在型与健康儿童中没有。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reported the changes of transthoracic differential impedanceplethysmograph in 100 cases with children’s Keshan disease in cmparisonwith 100 healthy children.Cardiac output and Heather index(HI) in the patients with subacute and chronic cases were significantly lower thanthose of the normal(P<0.001),while the total peripheral resistance(TPR) and PEP/LVET were significantly higher (P<0.001).PEP/LVET inthe latent type was significantly highr(P<0.01),but HI was significantlylower (P<0.001).Other parameters in the latent type had no significantdifference in comparison with normal children(P>0.05).The two peaks ofC wave in 22 subacute and 28 chronic cases were present in 4 and 8 casesrespectively.Abnormal early diastolic O waves in subacute and chronic caseswere 82% and 64% respectively,but in the latent type cases and healthychildren,they were not observed.更多还原
