裂变99Mo-99mTc发生器γ核纯质量控制
QUALITY CONTROL OF GAMMA IMPURITIES IN FISSION 99Mo-99mTc GENERATOR
【摘要】 <正> 99Tc是目前在核医学上应用最广泛的放射性示踪核素。它发射的140 keVγ射线不但容易准直,而且足够用作人体内深部器官显像。由于它的半衰期比较短(6.02 h),γ射线能量也较低,所以对病人的剂量比较小。通常,99Tc系用生理盐水淋洗99Mo-99Tc发生器获得,在淋洗下大量99mTc的同时,一些杂质也不同程度地淋洗下来了。显然,99mTc淋洗液中的其它放射性杂质应该尽
【Abstract】 The principal radionuclidic impurities in 99mTc eluates from fission 99Mo-99m99Tcgenerator made in Radioisotope Department of IAE have been measured by HPGeGamma-spectrometry. The contents of contaminants 131I, 99Mo, 103Ru, 132, 95Zr,and 95Nb in 99mTc eluates were found within the regulations of the ChineseMinistry of Health.
