缺铜致大鼠高脂血症的研究

【摘要】 雄性断奶大鼠,随机分为两组,喂合铜饲料和缺铜饲料,饲养一个月。缺铜组大鼠体重增加少,血浆总蛋白和血红蛋白含量降低,血浆铜和动脉壁铜含量下降,同时出现血脂增高和单胺氧化酶活力降低。实验结果表明,食物缺铜可引起高胆固醇血症和含铜酶活力降低。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the interelationship between copper deficiency and lipidemia, an experiment was done in weanling rats fed normol and copper deficient diet for one month. At the end of experimental period, the growth rate, the contents of copper, zinc, cholesterol and triglyceride in plasma and the activity of monoamine oxidase (MAO) in plasma were measured. The differences between the two diets were compared by student’s test and the relation between plasma copper and plasma cholesterol or MAO was ascertained by regression analysis.The results showed that a lower body weight gain and a highly significant hypercholesterolemia were found in copper deficiency rats and the plasma cholesterol concentration correlated reversely with the plasma copper (r = -0.724, p<0.01), MAO activity in copper deficency rats was markedly reduced aud correlated well with the plasma copper concentration , (r=0.684, p< 0.01). So these findings might suggest that copper may play an important role in cholesterol metabolism and in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis.
