焦炭分子筛气调机在番茄贮藏中的应用

【摘要】 利用焦炭分子筛气调机进行番茄气调贮藏,可以严格控制贮藏场所氧的浓度、脱除番茄呼吸放出的二氧化碳、并将乙烯控制在1ppm以下,明显地抑制番茄后熟,有效地延长贮藏时间。

【Abstract】 The function of a new type of nitrogen generator basicially made use of molecular s’eive coke was studied. This generator used for CA sto-rage of fruits and vegetables showed several benefits, such as this gene-rator can adsorb oxygen, carbon dioxide and ethylen in the CA room and there is no need for special fuel or chemical to run the generator. The experiment of tomato CA storage showed that in storage period of 45~ 60 days, the maturity of tomato stored by coke molecular seive genera-tor is the low most as compared with common cold storage and MA storage. It is believed that the coke molecular seive generator can be used for CA storage of fruits" and vegetables in rural production area and city market.
