芭蕉属果树过氧化物酶同工酶的初步研究

【摘要】 收集国内外芭蕉属Musa果树品种101个,在苗期进行过氧化物酶同工酶分析,获得33种酶谱类型。从芭蕉属品种的起源、演变分析,野生蕉和香蕉品种的过氧化物酶同工酶类型最多;大蕉次之;粉蕉、龙牙蕉的酶谱较少。比较野生蕉、大蕉、粉蕉和香蕉种类的酶谱,均具有各自特有的酶带,通过过氧化物酶同工酶的分析可予以区分,这种依据酶谱表现的分类与 Simmonds的15个性状评分的分类基本一致,并且比从外部性状分类法优越。研究表明,过氧化物酶同工酶与蕉类品种的亲缘有密切关系。

【Abstract】 One hundred and one cultivars, varieties and wild plants of the genus Musa collected from different countries of the world were analysed, and 33 zymograra types of isoperoxidase were obtained. Investigation on the origin of the genus Musa and its evolution revealed that the wild banana and cultivated bananas showed more zymogram types of isopero-xidase than Musa ABB, but fewer in Musa AAB, Each type has its own specific zymogram type of isoperoxidase. The isoperoxidase can be used to distinguish different types. The taxonomy according to zymogram type is in accord with that proposed by Simmonds. It indicates that there is a close relationship between isoperoxidase of the different species and cultivars in the genus Musa and their origin.
