酯酶同工酶与番茄杂种优势关系的研究

【摘要】 本文分析了番茄14个杂种一代及16个亲本品种的酯酶同工酶,并用SDS电泳、不同温度及不同pH处理,对某些酶带的变化进行了研究。结果表明:番茄酯酶同工酶与杂种优势有一定的相关性。在生育进程转化时期,高优组合双亲酶谱差异比较显著,F1显示的酶带多活性强。而低优组合双亲及F1酶谱无差异。 对B6(0.402)带分析看出,该带可能是二聚体,其活性和稳定性与杂种优势密切相关。高优组合的F1B6带活性强而稳定。依据双亲B6带活性及稳定性的差异,可以早期预测番茄杂种优势。

【Abstract】 Isozymes of esteras from 16 tomato cultivars and 14 hybridized combinations have been analysed at 16 different growth stages by polyacry-lamide gel electrophoresis. Some isozymes bands of esteras were studied in greater detail by SDS electrophoresis and treated with different pH buffer.Results obtained from electrophoresis showed that the relationship between esteras isozyme pattern and heterosis was explored. In high heterosis combinations, the parents patterns of esteras isozyme differed obviously and F1 hybrids have more enzyme bands than their parents. In low heterosis combinations, F1 showed same pattern with its parents. It was found that esteras B6 band of F1 hybrids with heterosis was more deeply colured than its parents whose B6 bands differed strikingly in activity and stability. We propose that hybrid vigor may be in part result from the combination of both active enzyme and stable enzyme in heterozygotes.
