不同药剂对牡丹切花保鲜效果的研究
A STUDY ON THE EFFECTS OF CHEMICALS ON THE VASE-LIFE OF CUT PEONY FLOWERS
【摘要】 <正> 牡丹(Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.)是我国著名的观尝花木,并以它所特有的雍容华贵的气质而博得“花王”之美名。但是一年一度牡丹的花期非常短促,就一朵花而言,盛开的时间只有3~4天,整个牡丹花会也只能延续10天左右。同样,牡丹切花的瓶插寿命也非常短促。这些因素均严重地影响了牡丹的观尝和商品价值。 为了探索牡丹切花保鲜的途径,我们于1985年在洛阳对牡丹进行了贮藏和药剂保鲜试验,并重点观察了保鲜效果与水分平衡的关系。
【Abstract】 The influence of chemicals upon the water balance, the variation of fresh weight and the postharvest behavior of cut peony ( Paeonia su-ffruticosa ) flowers were studied. On the first day of water culture the water absorption rate was greater than the transpiration for the control group, and resulting in the increment of their fresh weight. From the 2nd day and after the transpiration exceeded the absorption obviously, the fresh weight declined constantly. The vase-life for the control group was only about 4 days. The treatment with chemicals used by us had positive effects on the cut peony flowers to different extents. Among them the best formula was as follows: 8QC + sucrose + CoCl2 + FA, which would decrease both rates of absorption and transpiration, and retard the decline of fresh weight. The vase-life of cut peony flowers for this group lasted for 8 days after 3 days of cold storage, and 6-7 days after 13 days of cold storage respectively.The perspective of the application of fulvic acid ( FA ) in the fresh conservation of cut flower was discussed.
