桃树更新复壮生物学基础的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了早衰桃树重截更新复壮的效应和萌发新枝源生芽的属性。结果表明,桃树重截更新行之有效;以恢复产量为目的时,回缩至二级枝效果最佳,回缩至一级枝效果近似;如若改造树形,则以截干处理效果最佳。对桃树萌发新枝源生剖面进行了观察,发现新枝源生于不定芽而非隐芽,从而认为桃树的更新复壮不受隐芽寿命长短的限制。此一论见将有助于改进桃树整形修剪和栽培管理制度,特别是能解除对桃树草地栽培中形成树冠问题的疑虑。

【Abstract】 In 1983~1985, the full fruit period of 7 year old peach trees but early declined were used as research materials. Three of the five treat-ments were heavy cutting back pruning ( HCBP ) on the trunk, first grade branches and second grade branches; the other two were split and check. Each tree for plot; repeat 5~8 times and arranged in proper order. Besides, sections on the original tissue of the new shoots had been observed. From these research works , we have got the following new conception. Just the same as some other kind of fruit trees, skeletonization is also available on peach trees. While take aim at yield recovery, the second grade branches HCBP is the most effective measure. Nevertheless, effector the first grade branches HCPB is approaching the second grade HCPB. But for purpose of reformation of the crown, the trunk HCBP is the best one, and HCBP of the first grade branches is better than that of the second grade. In short, these three treatments for renewal, rejuvention and yield promotion on peach trees will show their good effect within 2~3 years under good fertilization, drainage, irrigation and summer pruning.Certainly, the dormant bud life of peach tree is short, about three years according to our observation. However, our point of view is di-fferent from that of the predecessors on the effect of the skeletonization of peach trees. Through our research works , we catch that the adven-titious bud will be stimulated and accelerated by HCBP, and it is easy to reform the main branches and restore the whole crown. Therefore, we believe the dorment bud life will be no restriction on the renewal and rejuvenation of the peach tree. By light of the practical and ratio-nal recognition on the fundamental biology of peach trees,we see great possibilities to improve the system both in training and management of peach trees. Especially, worries will be released from the restoration of peach tree crown on grass cultivation.
