【Abstract】 Acute intussusception is one of the most common acute abdomen in children. It occurs more frequently in infants between 4-6 months,especiaty in male.The highest incidence of it was in springtime according to our duta.One of reason which woutd result in death was delay and mistake in making diagnosis of intussuseption. This paper would take a analysis retrospectively about the treatment of acute intussusception from 1967 to 1985 in our hospital(154 cases in total)and discussion on some ideas adout early diagnosis and the best way to choice for treatment. In our patients some of influence on acute intussusception in incidence and prognosis was fallows:Ⅰ.The medical education in civilian.2.The guality of diagnosis in identifying acute intussusception from other acute abdomen.It’s should be shown in our studies that manual replace can be considered at first. There were 90 cases in our patients which recovered from intussusception by manual replace.更多还原
