己二酸的低温快速单酯化
RAPID MONOESTERIFICATION OF ADIPIC ACID AT A LOW TEMPERATURE
【摘要】 <正> 1891年,Brown和Walker发现二元羧酸单酯的碱式盐能进行类似的柯尔柏反应。其阳极氧化反应可用以下方程表示: 经反应生成甲基数目比原料酸多一倍的二元羧酸酯。因此,从己二酸电化学合成癸二酸,首先必须酯化成单酯,再电解氧化成癸二酸二甲酯,最后经水解生成癸二酸。本文介绍“电化学合成癸二酸”的原料——己二酸单甲酯的新合成方法。
【Abstract】 A new process of rapid monoesterification of adipio acid at a low temperature is introduced.It is found that the esterification can be carried out very economically for it can be carried out at a temperature as low as that of 80 C and can be heated up by evaporation of water, not necessarily by electrothermal. Moreover, corrosion can be avoided since catalysts of strong aoid and strong alkali are substituted by resin catalysts. And monoesterification can be fulfilled in half the time spent on ordinary processes.
