丁腈羟平均官能度对固化反应及固化物性能的影响
ON THE INFLUENCE OF FUNCTIONALITY OF HTBN ON THE CURING PROCESS AND THE PROPERTIES OF CURED RUBBER
【摘要】 以过氧化氢为引发剂,加入巯基乙醇或丙烯酸羟乙酯,合成了四种不同官能度的端羟基丁二烯-丙烯腈共聚物。以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为固化剂,N,N’-二羟丙基苯胺为链延伸剂,制得一系列多嵌段聚氨酯弹性体,研究了平均官能度对固化反应速度及固化物力学性能、动态力学性能、热性能和耐油性能的影响规律。
【Abstract】 Hydroxy-terminated butadiene-acrylonitryle copolymer (HTBN) was synthesized by usingH2O2 as initiator. Four samples of HTBN with, fn= 1.94, 2.32,2.64 and 3.02, respectively,were prepared by adding HOCH2CH2SH or 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate during polymerization.Isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) was used as curing agent and N,N’-bis(hydroxypropyl)aniline (Isonol C-100)as chain extender.The results showed that the curing rate is dependent on fn, the higher the fn, the fas-ter the rate. The crosslinking density of the cured rubber increascs with increasing fn, sho-wing influence on the properties of the rubber. The tensile strength and hardness increase withincreasing fn, with the elongation being decreased.HTBN elastomer with fn = 1.93 is found to be a promising damping material due to theconstant tanδ over a wide temperature range. Two transition temperatures were observed forall HTBN rubbers studied. Increase off fn is of benefit to the oil- and heat resistance of thecured rubber.
