烧成温度对气敏材料性能的影响
THE EFFECTS OF SINTERING TEMPERATURE ON THE CHARACTERISTICS OF GAS SENSITIVE MATERIALS
【摘要】 选用SnO2-ZrO2和SnO2-ThO3体系作为气敏材料,研究了烧成温度对材料结构和粒度的影响。分别用以上体系制成气敏元件,研究了烧成温度对气敏材料的灵敏度和选择性的影响,结果发现,在本实验条件下,烧成温度不但影响材料的灵敏度,对材料的选择性也有很大的影响。
【Abstract】 Using SnO2--ZrO2 and SnO2--ThO2 systems as the gas sensitive materials, we haveinvestigated the effects of sintering temperature on the structure and particle size as well ason the sensitivities and selectivities of the material. The experimental results show that thesintering temperature not only effects on the sensitivity of gas sensitive materials but alsostrongly on their selectivity under the experimental conditions.The sensitivity of the materialdoes not always decrease as sintering temperature increases,it sometimes gives a maximumvalue at certain temperature of sintering and for SnO2--ZrO2 system its selectivity loseswhen sintering temperature is elevated up to 800℃.
