测定二盐酸盐类药物含量的线性滴定法

【摘要】 本文提出了一种测定二元有机碱二盐酸盐类药物含量的直线图解法,以取代传统的非水滴定法。实验以电位滴定为分析手段,滴定剂以分步等体积加入。等当点的确定同样也可采用线性回归法,数据处理仅采用一种TI-59型可编程序计算器便可完成。本文还就测定的结果是药物的生理活性部分含量,而不是盐酸酸根部分含量作了进一步的讨论。

【Abstract】 A linear graphic method for the determination of the equivalence points of dihydrochlorides of drugs is presented in order to replace the traditional non-aqueous titration in pharmaceutical analysis. The titration is carried out potentiometrically. Equal volumes of the titrant are added stepwisely. The detection of end points of the titration by means of linear regression analysis is also recommended. The titration data can be treated by a programmable pocket calculator such as TI-59, and more satisfactory results are obtained than those when the salts are simply treated as a monohydrochloride. It is discussed further-more that the result from the method represents the part having the physiological activity of the drug, not the part of the hydrochloric acid redical.
